Orders will be shipped by PureScienceRX
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
No orders will be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipments may be delayed during periods of high volume. You may be notified if this occurs.
Pharmacy Services
You will receive a prescription as a result of the Services, from PureScienceRx or one of our partner pharmacies (collectively, the “stoRx Pharmacy Network”) to ship your prescription. You give us consent to send and disclose to the stoRx Pharmacy Network all information provided by you, health care records, and other applicable health care information and personal information (such as your name, location and demographic information) so that you may receive pharmacy services.
Shipping rates
Free priority shipping is included.
Prescriptions typically arrive in 7-10 days. If you need your prescription immediately, we recommend you use your local pharmacy.
Shipping times start when the pharmacy mails the order.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
PureScienceRX ships to every state in the U.S. except Alabama, Michigan, Arkansas and Oklahoma. DPO/FPO/APO addresses are also accepted.
Taxes, Customs, and Duties
Customers are responsible if taxes or customs (taxes, tariffs etc.) are applied to orders.
Damages
Shipping carriers are liable for orders lost or damaged as a result of shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim for lost or damaged items. When filing a claim, we recommend you save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
International Shipping Policy
Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands only at this time.
RETURN POLICY
No refunds will be issued and all sales are final. It is prohibited by law for PureScienceRX to accept returns for prescription medication.
